3. Approval
Collaborate with your agent throughout our process. Once your personalized package is ready, we’ll send it to you for approval. This is your moment to make adjustments—add or remove elements as you desire. Once you approve, your agent will begin booking on your behalf.
4. Enjoy
Afterward, all that’s left is the anticipation of your upcoming trip. Your agent will monitor for any flight changes or global events, ready to make necessary adjustments. We’ll reconnect with you before your departure, providing your final documents in a comprehensive package.

Chima Travel has been serving the Northeast Ohio area for over 100 years.. Our agency is located in Fairlawn, Ohio, which is over 2 hours from downtown Columbus. We help travelers all throughout the Ohio region, including folks in the Columbus area. There are several ways we get to know our clients, either over the phone, email, or virtually. Our travel agency specializes in all types of travel, and would love to help you plan your next vacation.
Chima Travel was founded in 1918, by Pantilemon Chima, and has been helping travelers ever since. We are a family owned travel agency, and love helping those in our community with their dream vacations. Oftentimes people find us and didn’t even know travel agents still existed, but we’ve been helping people navigate the difficulties of flights, cruises, and international vacations for decades. There are times when customers tell us they have no idea how they would have handled their vacation if it wasn’t for vacation planning like ours.
