OUR TRAVEL EXPERTS

Lance started in the family business in 1977 and never stopped. During his travel career, he has been blessed by the hundreds of relationships he has made from his employees, clients and travel suppliers. Active in the Rotary Club of Akron and his church, when not in the office or travelling, he enjoys spending time with his wife, children, eleven grandchildren, running and playing pickleball. 

Brian is a 4th generation Chima Travel agent. He has traveled to 38 countries and counting. Brian lived one year in China where he was an assistant marketing teacher at a private university in Henan. Brian was featured in the “Top 30 under 30” travel agents in 2015. 

Heather’s career started in 1985. She’s had the honor of directing the corporate department at Chima Travel since 2000. 

Michelle has been a travel agent for over 20 years and has loved every minute of it.  Over the years, Michelle has had the privilege of traveling the world.  She’s passionate about food and loves cooking.  She also enjoys hiking, cross-stitching, reading and sunsets!   

Lisa has worked in the travel industry for 43 years and 32 years with Chima Travel. Lisa is a huge sports fan, enjoys booking group travel for sports teams of all levels.  Known for her attention to details.

College mission trips to the Dominican Republic and South Africa sparked Robin’s love of international travel. Following her collegiate years at the University of Pittsburgh, Robin lived in Spain for a year and traveled throughout Europe before returning to Northeast Ohio and joining the Chima Travel team as Brian’s assistant. While Brian meets with clients to plan trips, Robin handles the background tasks of client receipts, vendor communication, client requests, and final trip documents. Outside of travel, she enjoys serving as the production team leader at her church and learning more about real estate investing. 

Growing up Teri spent every summer traveling to different destinations with her family. She recently joined the team at Chima Travel after spending the last 15 years planning weddings and events. Teri lives in Akron with her husband Jason, and their two pups. She is an avid reader, a food and wine enthusiast, and loves to host family and friends for casual get togethers. 

Will has been traveling the world since he was a baby when his parents were in the military. Passionate about all things travel, Will specializes in international travel and has helped clients travel all over the world. He loves cooking, soccer, making videos, and podcasting with his fellow travel agent Brian Chima.
