Westlake, Solon, Hudson, Lakewood, Strongsville, Mentor: they've been finding their way down I-77 to us for four generations, and now a lot of them find us on Zoom.

Common questions

Do you have an office in Cleveland?

No. Our office is at 55 Merz Blvd in Fairlawn, on the west side of Akron, about 35 minutes from downtown Cleveland. Cleveland clients either drive down or meet us on video. Most do a bit of both.

Is there a fee to work with a travel agent?

For most cruises, resorts and tours, no. We're paid by the cruise line or supplier, and you pay the same price you'd pay booking direct, often less with the group rates and perks we have access to. Custom itineraries that take real design time may carry a planning fee, which we'll tell you about up front.

Can you book flights out of Cleveland Hopkins?

Yes. We book air from CLE every day and know which nonstops are worth waiting for and when a connection through Chicago or Charlotte saves real money. We can also protect you when a flight cancels, which is when having an agent pays for itself.

Do you handle group trips from the Cleveland area?

Yes. We run an annual retreat for a Greater Cleveland dental practice, plus family reunions, milestone-birthday cruises and church groups. If it's more than four cabins, ask about group rates.
