Toronto & Niagara Falls

Niagara Falls is one of the world's great natural spectacles, where the Niagara River thunders over a cliff in a wall of water and mist on the border between Canada and the United States. The sheer volume of water and the constant roar make it a sight you feel as much as see, and it never fails to live up to its reputation.

The Canadian side has the best views, dominated by the vast curve of the Horseshoe Falls, with a promenade running right alongside the brink. The classic experience is the boat trip, the Maid of the Mist or Hornblower on the Canadian side, that nudges into the spray at the foot of the falls, where the roar and the soaking are unforgettable.

Beyond the falls, the pretty Niagara Parkway leads to the wineries and the charming town of Niagara-on-the-Lake, and Toronto is an easy drive away. It is a place that pairs the raw power of nature with gentle country pleasures, and we love building in time to enjoy both.
